What is Arranmore Center for the Arts?

Arranmore Center for the Arts will be a regional arts campus situated on a beautifully landscaped 25-acre site just south of Rance Road (111th) and east of Stuart Road in Oswego, Illinois. The current vision is to incorporate historic structures into a new modern indoor and outdoor theatre facility with terraced lawn, a black box theatre, an art gallery, recital hall and outdoor sculpture garden to create an environment that would allow an artistic rewarding atmosphere. This unique campus will enhance the cultural and aesthetic experience of residents and visitors alike.

The Arts Center will bring expert faculty who will provide educational opportunities for both children and adults to study various disciplines. The proposed state-of-the-art theatre facility will offer a performance space for the Arts Center students, resident companies, area community groups, as well as an opportunity to bring professional entertainment.
